Service Usage Agreement
Your viewing, accessing or otherwise making use of the Services constitutes and evidences your agreement that we review no third-party content that we do not control and are under no obligation to verify the authenticity or accuracy of any third-party content. Also, when posting to the services, we have neither the ability nor are we obligated to determine the validity or legality of the jobs, credentials, or information provided. When using any of the Services, you are automatically agreeing to agree to be eighteen years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement on your own behalf. If you are at least eighteen years of age or are capable under the laws of your state or province to enter into a contract, then you acknowledge that you have had a parent or guardian read and agree to this Agreement on your behalf. You may not use the services if your earlier access to the services has been suspended or canceled by Direct Hire Link. Unless and until we grant you separate, written permission to access the services again.
Email Communication Consent
By giving us your email, you agree to our right to send communications to you related to the service. In addition to mail, we reserve to ourselves the right to send other non-commercial notices to you by electronic mail and may do so at any time. We will also communicate with you regarding other services available to us. This may include, but is not limited to, information on new features of our service and special offers available under the subject to and as permitted under applicable law. We will use your e-mail address to send you such messages like job alerts or promotional e-mails if you are subscribed to those categories. We will keep sending those to you till you opt out.
You can also choose to opt out of the promotional messages and email job alerts. Communications related to the services themselves cannot be opted out of, such as security, legal notices, usage of our services, billing, and other transactional purposes.

Disclosure of User Content
Direct Hire Link shall have the right to disclose its user content and other information related to such user to third parties. Exercising any right, operating and providing its services while doing so. Allow such agreements with you to be followed through, compliance with other legal obligations to meet the requests from governmental authorities and even law enforcement agencies and judicial orders, subpoenas, or legal processes.
Secondly, Direct Hire Link shall be allowed the right to do whatever it takes in disclosing such information when it feels that its interests are being forced to be protected. You agree and acknowledge that we may divulge your identity to any third party, Especially to those who claim that any posting, provision, or uploading of user content by you is fraudulent, false, or misleading.
